Demon's 3 laws of Office Politics

1. An employee will perform their job duties to the best of their abilities and as agreed upon on employment with as clear and/or ethical expectations as possible.

2. An employee will be honest and ethical and may not sacrifice their personal character, except when such conditions are legal and were agreed to in the first law.

3. An employee will perform their job function in a manner that will make their direct leader successful. Except when such behavior conflicts with the first and second laws.
